Jan 15, 2021 EPA publishes supplemental information regarding the OTC recommendation submitted to require Pennsylvania to revise its state implementation plan to include additional control measures to ensure that the SCR and SNCR controls are optimized to minimize NOx emissions during the ozone season. Comment deadline extended to April 7, 2021.
