Senior Staff Attorney Wanted

EELP is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney to develop legal and policy scholarship on corporations and climate change. Reporting to our Executive Director, the Senior Staff Attorney will be responsible for leading initiatives to build on existing EELP work on corporate climate-related disclosures and the materiality of climate change to investors to assess developments in financial regulation and other federal and state regulations to produce new research on key legal questions. They will also work with the EELP team to engage experts and private, public, and government stakeholders to explore legal responses to climate change.
