EELP announces new advisory board

On June 6, the Harvard Environmental & Energy Law Program (EELP) announced its inaugural advisory board. With backgrounds and expertise in law, science, NGOs, government, business, and academia, the board will assist EELP in developing priorities and creating a sound strategic plan for the future.

“We are thrilled to announce our new advisory board for the Environmental & Energy Law Program at Harvard Law School,” said EELP Founder and Faculty Director Professor Jody Freeman. “This distinguished group of experts offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, and their invaluable insights will undoubtedly help guide us at this pivotal moment in shaping the future of environmental governance.”

Professor Richard Lazarus added, “I am delighted our Environmental and Energy Law Program will have the wise counsel of such a fabulously talented group of scholars and leaders in determining our priorities and in shaping our programs.”

The announcement of the new board comes as EELP expands its staff, portfolio, and outreach.

“EELP’s new advisory board marks an exciting milestone in our program’s journey,” said Executive Director Carrie Jenks. “We look forward to the opportunities it will bring.”
