McNamee poised for FERC amid partisan brawl

On Wednesday, legal experts at the Harvard Electricity Law Initiative argued that McNamee, DOE’s policy office head, was “disqualified” from participating in at least two issues in front of FERC because of his work last year to roll out a proposal to prop up economically struggling coal and nuclear plants.
