FEMA Requested Comment on Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG)

FEMA made updates to the Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG) Version 5 available for comment. The guidance is designed to provide information to PA applicants, reduce the amount of documentation applicants are required to submit, and would allow applicants to flag for FEMA when projects benefit vulnerable populations.
