FEMA signed a memorandum of agreement to continue their partnership with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to cooperate in assisting people before, during, and after disasters. Under the agreement, FEMA and the NAACP will share information and engage in joint initiatives focused on capacity building and promoting equitable outcomes in federal disaster response.
