HUD Requested Information to Develop its Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP)

HUD published a Request for Information to engage the public regarding the development of its Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP). HUD issued a notice of proposed information collection on November 20, 2023. The program was designed to provide grant and loan funding to facilitate retrofits of properties participating in its Multifamily assisted housing programs to make them more energy efficient, healthier, and resilient in the face of natural disasters and climate change.
