President Biden designated Castner Range National Monument. The Monument is 6,672 acres of high-desert mountains outside of El Paso, Texas. The land is significant as a historical training and testing site for the U.S. Army, and is historically significant to Tribal Nations including the Apache and Pueblo peoples and the Comanche Nation, Hopi Tribe, and Kiowa Indian Tribe of Oklahoma.
