As part of the Washington State Insurance Commissioner’s Climate Summit 2020 on October 7, Staff Attorney Hana Vizcarra presented a talk titled “Regulating climate: Developments in financial and environmental regulation.” The event, which brought together climate, government and insurance professionals, examined the different ways that climate change impacts the insurance field.
