FEMA requested public comments on its National Disaster Recovery Framework. The Framework explains the federal government’s roles and responsibilities for organizing and deploying disaster recovery assistance, and provides guidance to enhance collaboration among federal agencies and state, local, territorial governments and Tribal Nations.
