Congratulations to our faculty co-chair Richard Lazarus for receiving the Albert M. Sacks-Paul A. Freund Award for Teaching Excellence! According to HLS Dean John Manning:
“The Sacks-Freund Award recognizes a single faculty member each year for teaching ability, attentiveness to student concerns, and general contributions to student life at the Law School.
The Class of 2019 selected Professor Richard J. Lazarus ’79, recognizing that ‘Professor Lazarus is an engaging and caring professor who goes out of his way to encourage his students. He has been remarkably helpful in developing the careers of many HLS students and graduates – whether through clerkship recommendations, job advice, or research assistant positions. His love for the school is infectious.”
