EPA OEJECR Issued Draft National Program Guidance for Comment

EPA’s Office of Environmental Justice and Equal Civil Rights (OEJECR) requested public comments on its draft National Program Guidance for fiscal years 2025-2026. The draft guidance outlines three goals: supporting underserved communities, advancing EJ and civil rights within EPA, and strengthening OEJECR’s ability to enforce civil rights law.
