Power Over the Twenty-First Century Electric Grid

Electricity Law Initiative Director Ari Peskoe was recently a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Kleinman Center for Energy Policy. While at Penn, Ari, as a guest lecturer at Penn Law’s Energy and Climate Change Law course, gave a public talk attended by students, professors, and people from industry and government. He was also on a podcast.

Today, the Kleinman Center published Ari’s paper, “Power Over the Twenty-First Century Electric Grid,” which expands on the topics of his public talk and podcast appearance. The paper reviews a century of power sector regulation and explores legal paths for regulating distributed energy resources.
