Jody Freeman on The Legal and Regulatory Perspective at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Spring Exercise

Recently, Jody Freeman joined Harvard Kennedy School Professor Joe Aldy and HKS students to speak about the role of regulation in making changes to environmental and energy policy, focusing on President Biden’s plan to decarbonize electricity by 2035. They touch on the Clean Power Plan, environmental justice, the role of FERC, and more. The virtual discussion, part of HKS’s annual Spring Exercise for Master’s of Public Policy students, was followed by a Q&A session. Watch the recording below, and subscribe to EELP’s YouTube channel!
