Giancarlo’s research focuses on administrative law and environmental justice issues. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review. Before attending law school, Giancarlo received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked as an R&D engineer at General Mills.
