WHEJAC Released Recommendation Reports on Executive Order 14096 and Carbon Management

WHEJAC released two Recommendation Reports targeting environmental justice initiatives: one report on Executive Order 14096 (Biden’s “EJ for All” EO) and another report on Carbon Management. The reports were sent to CEQ’s Chair Mallory for review. Both reports include policy recommendations in addition to definition recommendations revolving around environmental justice across industries.
