Richard joined EELP from Walmart Inc., where he led Walmart’s Environmental Health and Safety Compliance organization and Walmart’s Legal Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Risk Assessment function. Previously he served as an attorney at the Environmental Protection Agency in various capacities. He holds a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and B.A. from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
